Live-Tweeting '49 ½ Shades of Frank' … as a Spectator!

This might seem incredibly obvious, but watching a Let Me Be Frank Productions show as an audience member is a VERY different experience than being in it. I had the opportunity to live-tweet the dress rehearsal of “49 ½ Shades of Frank" on June 9th and let me tell you — it was so fun to be on the other side of the stage!

@FranklyGreenBay 7:00pm – Hello! @KaseyRenee12 from LMBF here live tweeting dress rehearsal for "49 1/2 Shades of Frank" - from the audience this time!

@FranklyGreenBay 7:01pm – ...I'm not in this show :-/ but I'm here with my boyfriend ready to enjoy the show from a different perspective! [Live tweet photo 1]

@FranklyGreenBay 7:09pm – Seriously the stage looks MUCH bigger from the audience. Is like the "objects in mirror sign are closer than they appear" on car windows?

Live tweet photo 2@FranklyGreenBay 7:14pm – I forget how amazing the harmonies sound the first time you hear them...sound beautiful ladies!!

@FranklyGreenBay 7:18pm – "Lettuce put our heads together" - gotta love a good vegetable joke. #puns

@FranklyGreenBay 7:22pm – Omg. Pat's costume. I can't handle this right now. #perm #highwaters

@FranklyGreenBay 7:23pm – 20 minutes in and we finally hear the explanation of why it's called "49 1/2 Shades of Frank" #clever

@FranklyGreenBay 7:26pm – I feel like I'm the only one really laughing loudly here. This might explain why I'm in this crew full time. #takesaspecialperson

@FranklyGreenBay 7:31pm – "I know this song" - my boyfriend. "Oh really? I don't" - me. "It's cuz it's from Dumb and Dumber...or that's how I know it" #80sand90skids

Live tweet photo 3@FranklyGreenBay 7:34pm – Damn David!!! Rocking that falsetto!

@FranklyGreenBay 7:37pm – I like to imagine that this awkward stage phone call between David & Kelly is what it was like when they started dating. #marriedinreallife

@FranklyGreenBay 7:46pm – Seriously, I have the most talented friends ever. #blessed to be a part of this.

@FranklyGreenBay 7:48pm – Frank just knocked over a stack of about 15 cans all over the stage. Was that intentional? I have no idea. It's weird not knowing.

@FranklyGreenBay 7:50 pm – "For one day...hell for an HOUR...I'd like to smell like a normal human being" -- David. Sounds like a personal problem ;-)

@FranklyGreenBay 8:17pm – OOO set change!!! Getting fancy here in the second act.

@FranklyGreenBay 8:18pm THE LED ZEPPELIN MEDLEY IS HERE. this is not a drill!!! I repeat, not a drill. #socool #jealous

@FranklyGreenBay 8:31pm – Each girl has a platform for the Alice in Dairyland contest - I won't ruin what they are...but Amy's hits pretty close to home ;-p

@FranklyGreenBay 8:33pm – Who would've guessed that a cow statue would make a cameo in multiple shows?! Also in "Beauty & the Beaver" in 2014 [live tweet photo 4]

@FranklyGreenBay 8:47pm - Absolutely cracking up at the "question portion" of the pageant. Lisa's....holy cow. Hilarious.

@FranklyGreenBay 8:55pm - Ok scratch that. The talent portion is even better. #noseflute

Live tweet photo 5@FranklyGreenBay 8:57pm - "Looks like we're all gonna hook up in this show...well, everyone but Tom" - sad but true.

@FranklyGreenBay 9:06pm - On pins and needles waiting to see who wins the "Alice in Dairyland" pageant!! #butreallyimcurious

@FranklyGreenBay 9:06pm - Wondering if they're gonna pull a Steve Harvey joke here about saying the wrong name as the winner.

@FranklyGreenBay 9:12pm - Well that was a REALLLY fun night. I loved watching "49 1/2 Shades of Frank" from the audience. Get your tickets while you can!
