First Financial and Diamonds and Gold present Let Me Be Franks all new comedy musical “Getting Pickled in Oconto, Bond Style" at the Meyer Theatre.
This all-new musical comedy takes you back to the '60s and the heyday for Oconto's Bond Pickle Company who was one of the largest producers of pickles in the world. Our story takes a step back in time in James Bond-ish style.
Dr. Golden Pickle (Frank Hermans), also known as Gold Pickle, plans to steal the secret recipe for hamburger pickles and sell it to McDonald's. With the help of his Mimeions (mime and minion hybrids), Gold Pickle breaks into the Bond Pickle headquarters to set his plan in motion, but he's not the only one coveting Bond Pickles. FDA inspectors Becky Oli (Amy Riemer), Stephanie Fection (Kasey Corrado) and Sally Monilla (Lisa Borley) are secretly working as double agents for Dean Foods and are trying to buy the Bond Pickle Company for pennies on the dollar. Owner Leon Bond (Pat Hibbard) and his Plant Manager, Jack Maass (Tom Verbrick), are secretly trying to sell the recipe too. Is everyone a double agent and bad guy? Come to the show and laugh your pickle off and find out.
