Live-tweeting A Frank's Christmas

Another show, another opportunity to share some Let Me Be Frank insider information! On Tuesday, December 5th I live-tweeted the Let Me Be Frank Production's performance of “A Frank's Christmas" on the @FranklyGreenBay Twitter handle — it was a relatively early show in our long string of Christmas performances!

@FranklyGreenBay 6:54pm – Hey there!! @KaseyRenee12 here ready to share some behind-the-scenes info about our newest show, “A Frank's Christmas."

@FranklyGreenBay 6:58pm – Issue number 1 of the night…just got to our dressing room and the lights won't turn on. They say the Meyer is haunted and I try not to believe it, but this is not helping my case.

@FranklyGreenBay 7:46pm – Our costumes for this show are more complicated than they look – seriously. And we have to factor in more time than usual to get ready. #yikes

@FranklyGreenBay 7:53pm – First time for everything – this is the first LMBF show I've had to wear fishnet stockings. Haha gonna mark that off the bucket list?

@FranklyGreenBay 7:58pm – There's an overhead speaker playing country Christmas music throughout the theater before the show starts and I like to play a game with myself to see how quickly I can identify the artist. Don't judge haha. It's Faith Hill right now #bingo #doyouhearwhatIhear

@FranklyGreenBay 8:03pm – “I took a little Rudolph, a little Grinch and a lot of blazing saddles" – Frank. I don't know what blazing saddles means, but people laughed. #imnotjoking

@FranklyGreenBay 8:20pm – Fantastic crowd already – very lively especially considering it's a Tuesday night!

@FranklyGreenBay 8:21pm – Heath's Swedish or gibberish accent cracks me up every single night. I couldn't do that but I'm glad he can!

@FranklyGreenBay 8:23pm – Also, the “I shot the sheriff" Irish jig song might be my favorite part of the show haha

@FranklyGreenBay 8:24pm – “Here Comes Santa Claus" was my favorite song to learn for the backup vocals and I love singing it every show. Frank does an amazing job with it!

@FranklyGreenBay 8:27pm – And Frank just choked on a cough drop wrapper backstage. Not the cough drop itself. The wrapper. All in a night's work.

@FranklyGreenBay 8:55pm – The “Christmas Cookies" song sung by Tom gets stuck in our heads every single night.

@FranklyGreenBay 8:58pm – And Tom does this gun slinging thing during that song that blows my mind every night. I can't even spin an empty tin cup around my fingers but Tom, Lisa and Michael all swing those guns around like nothing.

@FranklyGreenBay 9:02pm – The “must be Santa" song – 1. I'd never heard it before we started this show 2. We've practiced or performed it at least 20 times. 3. I still can't get the order right every night. Maybe by the end of the run…?

@FranklyGreenBay 9:05pm – And the band is kicking off the second act!

@FranklyGreenBay 9:07pm– We didn't have a show last night and one of the ways I love to spend my free nights is baking! But then I have too many leftover – so I brought them along tonight for my franks friends!

@FranklyGreenBay 10:06pm – And that's a wrap!! Great show tonight! Thanks for tuning in. Until next time J
